Job Tracking

The Jobs module tracks work requests from submission through to completion and records all Tasks & Events, Materials, Invoices and Purchase Orders associated with the assignment. 

Job Module Features in JobTrack

• Jobs can be generated directly from a Quote or from a template and new Quotes can be issued from an existing Job
• When a Quote is upgraded to a Job all labour items will be converted to Tasks and assigned to the designated person
• Documents can be attached to the Job such as plans and specifications
• Chargeable and non-chargeable Tasks can be associated with the Job
• Priority and order numbers can be set
• A job can be linked with the Timesheet module to allow actual times to be tracked on each task to compare
  actuals against estimates
• Job Sheets can be generated and printed or emailed to staff
• Job information is available for staff on the road
• Outstanding monies to be invoiced can be viewed from the Control Panel
• Invoices can be issued for the whole Job or for completed Tasks and Materials
• Automatic notification is available when a Job is ready for invoicing
